**Brokering Logistics Coordinator**

**Responsibilities**:

- Processing, receiving and dispatching dropship orders on a daily basis.
- Responsibility of the brokering delivery schedule and daily orders.
- Communicating with suppliers, trucking and customers about specific order details, delivery, arrival times and special handling requests.
- Invoicing materials shipped to customers on a daily basis.
- Management of Accounts Receivable for Brokering orders.
- Work directly with supply chain & hauling partners. Ability to negotiate and maintain healthy relationships, protecting business partnerships and client relationships.
- Maintaining daily records of KPI's while adding any additional information that may be beneficial to the department
- Answering general inquiries about pricing, product information, payment options and other requests on a daily basis
- Other tasks as requested by management or CEO.

**Qualifications, Skills & Experience**:

- Fluent in French would be an asset
- Logistics/Supply Chain diploma or degree is an asset
- Experience in similar role is an asset
- Detail oriented, organization focused
- Clear, kind, and professional communicator, with an aptitude to learn and prioritize customer relationships.
- Have strong computer skills using Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Google
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle a large volume of work efficiently and accurately
- Excellent verbal and written communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work professionally in a fast-paced environment and meet important deadlines
- Team player

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
