Assistant Project Manager

Responsibilities:

- Assist in the planning and execution of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and define project scope.
- Create and maintain project schedules using tools such as Smartsheet.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations.
- Support the project manager in managing risks and resolving issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
- Assist in the documentation of project deliverables and ensure they are stored in appropriate systems such as SharePoint.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working as an Associate Project Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, preferably SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).
- Proficiency in using project management tools such as ServiceNow, Redmine, or Smartsheet.
- Excellent data analysis skills to identify patterns and insights from project data.
- Familiarity with product development processes and IT infrastructure systems.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

**Salary**: $800.00-$1,200.00 per week

**Benefits**:
