Job Summary
Primary Duties
Loading/Unloading, Shipping and Receiving.
Packing, Wrapping, Strapping, Sealing.
Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by following policies and procedures.
Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
Maintains physical condition of warehouse by organizing, cleaning and shifting product when required.
Daily inspections of the warehouse equipment.
Follows and maintains transportation and distribution procedures to maximize delivery efficiency.
Train for and back-up the Team Lead.
Other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**:
**Physical Requirement**: Physically fit and able to occasionally lift weights of up to 100lbs.
**Working Conditions**: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to reach, swivel, carry items from one building to another, and speak and actively listen. Noise level is usually moderate.
Education / Experience
Required High School Diploma or GED.
3 years of warehouse experience preferred.
**Experience with at least 2 machines**: Forklift, Reach Truck, Stock Picker, Dock Stacker
**Experience with at least 2 tools**: RF Scanners, Eqp. Chargers, Wrap Machine, Eqp. Watering System)
Heavy duty truck industry experience preferred.
