**Job Objective**: Generates revenue by soliciting and obtaining orders; understanding and interpreting technical requirements; providing technical information; developing accounts.

- Maintain and grow the Social Media presence on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc.
- Create, prepare and maintain the monthly newsletter
- Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements
- Conducting Market Research to develop new and increase market shares and improving sales
- Assesses competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends and identifying sales opportunities
- Achieve sales quotas
- Maintains communication equipment by troubleshooting, reporting, and tracking problems
- Assists in the implementation of the company marketing plans as needed, planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
- Accomplishes department and organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
- Executes the daily operational, day-to-day goals and priorities assigned by management
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes
- Attending exhibitions/trade shows as needed
- Other duties as required
Job Specifications:
- Proven ability to meet sales expectations
- MUST have experience in B2B product sales
- Previous sales experience in Vibration Control products in the HVAC industry is preferred
- Some technical knowledge of HVAC industry is an asset
- HVAC industry sales preferred
- 2-5 years sales experience in product sales preferred
- Computer skills, knowledge and experience with MS office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to achieve sales quotas
- Teamwork, customer oriented and problem-solving skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
