**What's this role about?**
The Social Media Marketing Specialist will play a critical role in elevating Auvik's brand awareness and engagement. In this role you will own all elements of our organic social media program. You will develop a comprehensive, OKR-centric corporate social media program by collaborating with key stakeholders and our agency to align with brand and thought leadership initiatives and demand generation campaigns.
**What will I be doing?**
- Champion new and unique angles for differentiating and expanding Auvik's network management leadership position
- Manage LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Reddit and YouTube - ensure all corporate social channels are optimized for performance and results
- Conceptualize and author a steady, relevant stream of posts that resonate with Auvik's social channels, ensure engagement with followers, and expand Auvik's footprint and influence
- Routinely engage with influential follows by commenting on, liking, and sharing posts
- Partner with the Auvik PR manager to feature and promote media coverage, awards and recognition, and other company news
- Provide direction to the Auvik creative team and agencies/contractors on visual design elements
- Launch and manage employee social media advocacy program to generate engagement and results
- Manage employee social review sites (e.g. Glassdoor)
- Source and instill best practices and trends to maximize ROI and outcomes
- Deliver weekly and quarterly reporting/metrics focused on program analysis and optimization
**What are we looking for?**
- B2B social media experience, in-house or agency, preferably addressing IT and/or service provider markets
- Adept at using a social media management platform like Sprout, Hootsuite, Oktopost, etc.
- Exceptional copywriting skills
- Ability to work and execute in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Self-starter, motivated, organized, flexible, and outcomes-driven
- Highly collaborative and engaging team player
