**Position**:
We’re seeking a polished, passionate, and knowledgeable Consultant Specialist to join our team. This hybrid role blends high-end client service with skincare expertise. You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients — welcoming them, guiding them through our offerings, and helping them select the right treatments and products for their needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Welcome and check in clients with warmth and professionalism
- Educate clients about our treatments and luxury skincare lines
- Conduct basic consultations and prepare treatment plans with the nurse/aesthetician
- Manage bookings and support scheduling of appointments
- Keep updated on skincare trends and treatment protocols
- Support clinic operations, inventory, and client follow-ups
- Assist with content creation for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms (e.g., filming behind-the-scenes, product highlights, etc.)

**Qualification**:

- Experience in a med spa, luxury retail, or aesthetic clinic (preferred)
- Strong interest and knowledge in skincare and beauty
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Skilled in social media (Instagram, TikTok, Reels, content ideas, basic video/photo editing)
- Organized, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with booking systems, Canva, or content scheduling tools

Pay: $4,000.00-$6,000.00 per month
