A multidisciplinary medical centre is looking for individual with medical knowledge to fill the position.

We are looking for medical receptionist/secretary to be the first point of contact for our medical centre. This incumbent will handle the flow of patients through the clinics and ensure that all receptionist and secretary responsibilities are completed accurately, delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.

**Responsibilities**:
Serve patients by greeting, welcoming, directing, and announcing them appropriately.
Answer, screen, and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information;
Provide administrative support, maintain records and inventories of supplies;
Manage clinic schedules of various clinics;
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing, etc.
Educate patients on medical devices and provide consultation, training will be provided.

**Requirements**:
Must be detail-oriented in handling all medical documents;
Process professional manner;
Passion in serving patients;
Solid English communication skills both written and verbal.
Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise.
Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
