Reception, Admission and Shop Attendant

**Do you enjoy being active, interacting with the public, and working as part of a dynamic team? This position is for you**

You will be responsible for welcoming visitors, selling or collecting admission tickets, and ensuring the smooth operation of a retail shop offering various products. You will also handle and follow up on group reservation requests, sell products and services, and act as a host during events.

**Work Schedule**
On-call position

**Main Responsibilities**
- Welcome, inform, and guide visitors.
- Sell and control tickets at facility entrances and ensure events run smoothly.
- Manage group reservations, offer different tours, and ensure follow-up.
- Handle sales transactions, manage the cash register, and prepare deposits.
- Keep sales records up to date and prepare inventory documents.
- Order, receive, and verify merchandise.
- Assist with event preparations and act as a host.
- Write reports and suggest improvements.
- Use various office tools to support your tasks.
- Perform any other related duties.

**Required Qualifications**
- High school diploma.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position or related field.
- Bilingualism (French and English) required.
- Strong customer service skills, energetic, and enjoy working with the public.

**Note**:
You may be required to take a written competency test in French and English.
