The Mining Sales Execution Specialist is intended to be an extension of both the Management Team and the Divisional Controller’s responsibilities. The position is more than administrative and should not be confused with Equipment Coordination responsibilities. The Specialist will primarily focus on forensic objectives with the goal of improving and preserving Equipment GP. In fact, the skill sets of this individual, properly executed, should yield improvements of up to 2% in Restated Margin. This individual will have a significant impact on the ROI of the division.

**In a typical day, YOU will**:

- Manage equipment deals from birth to invoicing ensuring that estimated GP is maximized, with any margin erosion mitigated through life of deal
- Assist the Commercial Manager and VP to develop a Business Plan to achieve objectives
- Create and maintain Standard Packages in iQuote for all primary Mining Machines for UG and Surface
- Manage all inventory assets both in stock and on order as the primary liaison between Sales Process and Equipment Orders working with the Mining Controller and the Commercial Manager

**Must-haves for this role**:

- Technical or Engineering diploma/degree
- Proficient in excel, word and power point
