**You will be accountable for**:

- Review and process incoming work orders and/or job assignments from customers and Service Advisors, and assign repairs to the appropriate technician.
- Track the progress of repairs to ensure work orders are completed in a timely manner.
- Assist with resolving any issues or challenges that arise during work orders.
- Book the appropriate technicians for the hours worked on the operations performed. Informing the technician and department management of adjustments as they occur.
- Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining open lines of communication, addressing customer concerns and ensuring customers are regularly updated regarding the repair of their vehicle.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration with the Service Department and Parts Department to ensure seamless operations and efficient service delivery.
- Comply with the Service Department's safety policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.

**To be successful in this role, you must have**:

- Knowledgeable in the Automotive Industry.
- Previous experience in Automotive Parts and/or as a Service Advisor would be considered an asset.
- Valid Driver’s Licence.
- Efficiency is a must as multitasking is a part of daily operations.
- Knowledge of automotive systems in general.
- Ability to manage time, set goals, and prioritize tasks.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast paced, changing environment.
