We are currently seeking an experienced Dispatcher to coordinate field operations and ensure timely delivery of services in a fast-paced oilfield environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Schedule and dispatch crews, equipment, and trucks for field operations
- Monitor job progress and adjust dispatch as needed to meet operational demands
- Maintain accurate records of job assignments, crew hours, and equipment movement
- Communicate effectively with clients, supervisors, and field personnel
- Respond promptly to changes, delays, or emergencies in the field
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies
- Update and track jobs in dispatching and reporting software (e.g., Computer Hands, Workhub)
- Support logistics, inventory tracking, and coordination of third-party services when necessary

Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years of dispatching experience in oilfield or industrial services
- Strong knowledge of oilfield equipment, terminology, and field operations
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to rapidly changing priorities
- Proficient with dispatch software, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital reporting tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Availability for on-call rotations, evenings, or weekends as required
