Job Description
Join our high-performing marketing team as a Channel Marketing Specialist. You will be the execution engine driving our digital sales performance across the online storefronts of major North American retailers. This hands-on role is responsible for the precise deployment, tracking, and optimization of co-marketing and retail media campaigns across four key brands.
You will utilize your technical and analytical skills to ensure flawless product launches and achieve ambitious Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) targets for our eCommerce channel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execution & Campaign Deployment:
- Product Launch Support: Flawlessly execute channel media plans to drive awareness, consideration, and purchase across all four of our major brands: Midea, Toshiba, Pelonis, and Eureka.
- Asset Coordination: Coordinate and manage the flow of creative assets between internal design teams, agencies, and retailer platforms. Ensure all imagery and creative meet specific technical retailer requirements.
- Day-to-Day Execution: Execute the day-to-day operations of paid media campaigns on retailer websites, including the setup and management of on-site/off-site banners and top-of-search campaigns. Track the account media budgets across retailer platforms, constantly prioritizing investments to maximize ROAS and market share.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting:
- Data Compilation: Compile, maintain, and distribute weekly and monthly performance reports, tracking key metrics such as ROAS, conversion rates, and campaign budget burn rates.
- Optimization Support: Proactively analyze campaign performance data and submit optimization recommendations to the Channel Marketing Manager to improve efficiency and boost ROAS.
- Budget Tracking: Assist with budget tracking and invoice reconciliation to ensure all marketing spend remains within defined quarterly allocations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Sales and Product Managers to ensure channel campaigns are aligned with inventory, promotional calendars, and product priorities.
- Liaise with external agencies (where applicable) and internal teams to maintain brand consistency and best-in-class execution across all platforms.
- Channel Support:
- Support the Channel Marketing Manager in implementing marketing strategies across key partners: Walmart, Canadian Tire, Costco, Rona, The Brick, Home Depot, and Best Buy.
- Maintain an up-to-date library of all channel-specific marketing requirements and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of proven hands-on experience in Digital Marketing, Retail eCommerce, or Channel Marketing.
- Demonstrated experience with retail media platforms (e.g., Sponsored Products, Paid Search) and a foundational understanding of ROAS and digital advertising KPIs.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis using Excel or similar BI tools; ability to present clear data summaries.
- Operational Proficiency: Working knowledge of graphic design principles and familiarity with standard marketing tools like Adobe Creative Cloud (specifically Photoshop or Illustrator for basic asset resizing/optimization) is highly preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and project management skills.
- Experience with Home Appliances and proficiency in French are a plus.
