Grubach Landscaping is a trusted provider of snow removal and outdoor maintenance services. We are committed to keeping our community safe and accessible during winter months. We are seeking a reliable and motivated Snow Removal Sidewalk Crew Member to join our team.

**Position Overview**:
As a Snow Removal Sidewalk Crew Member, you will be responsible for clearing snow and ice from sidewalks and pathways in various locations. Working independently, you will drive a company pickup truck to transport equipment and materials to job sites. This role demands strong attention to detail, a proactive approach to safety, and the ability to manage your time effectively in winter conditions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate a company pickup truck to transport snow removal equipment and materials.
- Clear snow and ice from sidewalks, walkways, and other designated areas using snow shovels, snow blowers, or plows.
- Monitor weather conditions and respond promptly to snow events as directed.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding service status and any specific concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including hours worked and materials used.
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and stored after use.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.

**Qualifications**:

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience in snow removal or outdoor maintenance preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy loads and work in cold, challenging conditions.
- Basic knowledge of snow removal tools and equipment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
