We are looking for an experienced and diligent Landscape Crew Leader to join our lawn care team. You must be comfortable operating lawn maintenance equipment, such as lawnmowers, trimmers, blowers, fertilizers, and pruning decorative shrubs and plants. Also experienced in snow removal.

**This a year-round opportunity to be a part of our landscaping and snow removal team.**

**Responsibilities**

**Driving snow plow truck with a salter**

**Guaranteed hours in the winter months.**

**Able to train employees**
- Mow grass and prune trees and shrubs
- Maintain the existing landscaping design and ensure plant survival
- Plant new flowers, bushes, plants, and decorative shrubs
- Rake fallen leaves and remove debris
- Keep pedestrian areas clean of snow and ice
- Properly store and handle all equipment, tools etc.
- Oversee maintenance repairs to equipment, landscape structures.

**Qualifications**
- Must be able to operate equipment such as Line trimmers/blowers / zero turns
- Always being punctual and on time
- Previous experience in landscaping or groundskeeping is a plus
- A positive attitude is required
- Know how to operate lawn maintenance equipment, such as lawnmowers, line trimmers, leaf blowers, and hedge trimmers
- Able to stand, bend, and squat for extended periods and lift to 40 pounds
- Driving company truck and trailer
- Snow plowing in winter season

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
