Green Light Immigration is seeking an outstanding professional to join our team and to build a long-term career. This individual must be a seasoned Canadian immigration expert who prides themselves on professionalism, customer service, and excellent quality work.

**Responsibilities and Duties**

Collect information and documentation from clients;
Understanding immigration processing categories and requirements for each category;
Notify clients of upcoming extensions, changes in process or procedures;

Organize files

Coordinate and execute requests as instructed by senior staff members

Research cases and be strong in written advocacy;

Qualifications and Skills

Member in good standing with the Law Society of Upper Canada or the Barreau du Québec OR a licensed Immigration consultant (ICCRC) OR a licensed Immigration consultant (ICCRC) with the Barreau du Québec.

3 + years of immigration file and management experience

Excellent research and analytical skills, exercise good judgment, organizational skills and high attention to detail

Accuracy and ability to meet deadlines and exercise initiative

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Ability to multi-task and meet aggressive deadlines.

Strong organizational and computer skills.

Great energy and a positive attitude as you deal with our clients

A natural passion for helping and caring

Ability to work with mínimal supervision and enthusiastically complete tasks without delay.

**Fluent in Ukranian or Russian is mandatory requirement**

**Hebrew is an asset**

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- North York, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
