- Home services within Durham region, Ontario.**
**Position Summary**
The successful applicants will be responsible for providing in-person services in our Whitby Clinic. Daytime, early evening and weekend availability is preferred.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Consultation, screening, and evidence based treatment of communication disorders with SLP supervision.
- Design a treatment plan using SMART goals, evidence-based information, relevant best practice guidelines, and clinical expertise
- Provide client and family centered intervention by building strong rapport with caregivers, with ongoing training and education
- Monitor client progress towards goal attainment and have the agility to adjust treatment plans according to changing needs
- Collaborate with colleagues within and across professions
- Manage own caseload and maintain complete records of therapy.

**Qualifications**
- Graduate degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Professional Liability Insurance
- Recent Vulnerable Sector Screening
- Vehicle for travel and a valid driver’s license and auto-insurance required
