**We are currently accepting resumes for a full-time and part-time Ice Cream Maker, starting in March.**

**Must be a morning person Shifts are from 7:00am - 3:00pm, at least 3-4 days a week. Other possible shifts include 12pm-7pm.**

**Applicants MUST have**:

- A passion for working in a kitchen and preparing food

**An individual who will succeed in this position has**:

- An ambitious work ethic
- Teamwork skills, as well as the ability to work independently
- An eagerness, to learn, grow and adapt
- The ability to maintain focus and problem solving skills under pressure, and in busy/loud environments
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- A positive attitude and good sense of humour

Culinary training and/or kitchen experience is a huge asset. Experience with ice cream in particular not required but knowledge of a working kitchen is important.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Making ice cream, gelato, and sorbets in accordance with our high standards of quality
- Setting up the store daily
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
