**About Us**:
At PosterOne, we specialize in high-quality print production for a wide range of clients, offering both small and large format printing services. We are a dynamic team looking for an organized and dedicated Print Production Assistant to join our fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Print Production**: Assist in the production of both small and large format prints, ensuring accuracy and quality throughout the process.
- **Post-Production**: Perform trimming (both by hand and machine), laminating, and other finishing tasks with a keen eye for detail.
- **Quality Control**: Conduct quality checks on all printed materials to ensure they meet our high standards.
- **Packaging & Shipping**: Package printed materials in various shapes and sizes, and arrange shipping through various carriers. Some heavy lifting required.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor stock levels and help with product ordering and inventory management.
- **Display Assembly**: Assemble display products for client orders and retail use.
- **Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service, ensuring timely and accurate communication with clients regarding order status and product details.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with our team, communicating effectively to meet deadlines and maintain workflow.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Experience in print production and post-production tasks, such as trimming, laminating, and packaging.
- Basic knowledge of **Adobe Photoshop** and **Illustrator**; experience with design software is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Ability to perform some heavy lifting and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards.
- Good communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Previous experience in a print production or manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.
