**Your Role**:
As a **Sales Consultant**, you’ll play a key role in creating memorable customer experiences while driving sales success. Here’s what your day-to-day will include:

- Greeting showroom guests, handling incoming sales calls, and responding to online inquiries.
- Preparing for scheduled sales and delivery appointments.
- Following up with prospective clients to maintain relationships and close sales.
- Ensuring the showroom and exterior displays are merchandised to impress.
- Engaging in continuous training through Kia University and weekly sessions with Sales Management.

**What You Bring to the Table**:

- A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Strong interpersonal, time management, and communication skills.
- Willingness to connect with clients using modern communication tools like texting, video calls, and virtual meetings.
- A valid driver’s license and eligibility for OMVIC certification (we will assist with this if needed).

**Schedule**:
Your work schedule will be set by Sales Management and will include:

- Day shifts (9 AM - 5 PM)
- Evening shifts (12 PM - 8 PM)
- Saturdays (9 AM - 5 PM)

**Experience**:

- automotive sales: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Drivers license (required)
- OMVIC license (preferred)
