**What you’ll be doing**

**Required Qualifications**:

- Educational or industry certifications or relevant experience
- 3-5 Years experience in an IT Help Desk role
- Ability to install/configure/maintain client Windows operating systems
- Active Directory, Exchange, Teams, ERP/CRM user administration
- Experience supporting end users on a variety of programs such as the MSOffice suite of programs as well as ERP/CRM systems.
- Well-developed troubleshooting skills
- Ability to multi-task and adjust to shifting priorities
- Keen attention to detail
- Self-starter
