Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee operations at the Braai House & Braai Bar. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurants, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.

**Duties**:

- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff supervision, inventory management, and financial performance
- Train and mentor staff members to provide exceptional customer service
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of food items to ensure consistency and quality
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain adequate supplies
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to develop new menu items and specials
- Implement cost control measures to maximize profitability
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, provide feedback, and address any concerns

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Proficient in POS systems and other restaurant management software
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive dining experience
- Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry and current food trends
- Cash handling experience is preferred
- Experience in kitchen operations or as a cook is a plus

We offer competitive pay based on experience. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth within our organization.

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
