The Territory Manager’s focus in the market is to grow the business with our existing clients and create new opportunities with potential ones, all while maintaining Ceratec’s solid reputation within strategic business relationships.

**About the position**
- Work in collaboration with the Regional Sales Manager to best support their territory by planning and realizing meetings with existing accounts to create a trusting environment that provides growth opportunities and achieve objectives.
- Establish new client accounts while suggesting various displays and ceramic sample boards that can be adapted to each client’s individual needs and in accordance with the company and customer’s vision.
- Install Ceratec displays in the best available space in the client’s showroom according to their needs, and price each board at the suggested retail price.
- Plan and ensure an effective open line of communication with the customers in your territory according to the planned levels of service for all potential and current customers.
- Develop, maintain, and improve business relationships with customers in order to support current and future business.
- Develop and establish strong business relationships with Architectural and Designer players within the community by strategically positioning Ceratec’s Architectural and Designer boards and value added prospections.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer service as a Field Representative.
- Experience in the field of interior design, architecture, and floor covering industry is a valuable asset.
- Post-secondary or college diploma ideally in a field related to sales marketing.
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite, Google environment (Drive, Gmail, Calendar) and has experience working with CRM software.
- Valid driver’s license.

Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
