**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Install, configure, and maintain audio-visual equipment including projectors, sound systems, and video conferencing tools.
- Read and interpret schematics to ensure proper setup and functionality of AV systems.
- Perform regular maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot software and hardware issues related to audio-visual systems.
- Utilize hand tools for installation and repair tasks.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their AV needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards when working with low voltage systems.

**Requirements**:

- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to work with electrical components.
- Proficiency in computer hardware setup and troubleshooting.
- Ability to read schematics and technical drawings effectively.
- Experience using hand tools for installation and repair tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to telecommunicate effectively with team members and clients for support purposes.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
