The Boulevard Restaurant & Lounge in Red Deer, Alberta is looking for a Part-Time Prep Cook.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wishes to improve their culinary skills and work in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Replenishing line when necessary
- Prepare proper food quantities based on forecasted occupancy
- Understand and adhere to the company’s policies and procedures, cooking methods, portion sizes, and quality standards
- Ensure work station area is kept clean and organized, following safety/sanitation policies and processes of the company
- Setting up and running the breakfast a la carte options as well as helping with Banquet Breakfast functions as needed
- Monitor the quality and consistency of all food
- Assist with other kitchen operations as needed and directed
- Maintain food at proper temperatures and follow standards
- Set up, restock, and maintain food preparation areas
- Prepare foods in accordance with working menus and recipes
- Have a passion for service, positive energy, being a part of a great team, and preparing great food

**Experience**:

- Food Safety Certification
