**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**:

Strong Leadership and Relationship Management skills in the areas of:

- Customer Service
- Teamwork, Collaboration & Communication
- Problem Solving and Solutions Focused
- Knowledge of ERP-type software in managing the planning and scheduling process
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Solid, proven organizational and leadership skills
- Post-Secondary Diploma or equivalent experience with at least 3 years of experience in a similar Scheduler role.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Planning & Scheduling**:

- Plans and schedules Service Activities after careful review of Work Orders, consults with Project Manager, then proceeds to deploy appropriate Field Crews, Equipment and Service Vehicles in a manner that fulfills all contracted client expectations on time, with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Reports to the Operations Coordinator for day-to-day duties
- Assembles master schedule, identifying and reporting planned level of demand.
- Coordinate and plan materials requirements for current and future projects. Proactively monitors, (anticipating requirements, delays and difficulties) revises and communicates schedule changes to all stakeholders in order to achieve a successful outcome.

**Communication**:

- Provides clear and complete information needed by others, specifically, Project Manager, field crew, to effectively deliver on service request of client/project plan, in a timely and accurate manner.
- Identifies and resolves scheduling or resourcing issues between and within jobs, in collaboration with the Project Coordinator

**Record Keeping and Reporting**:

- Maintains Field Crew Service Activities and ensures crew hours and equipment are completed accurately and on time, monitoring time, attendance and minimizing overtime and ensuring compliance with Matcom policies and procedures.
- Updates CRM to maintain accurate database of equipment and field resources. Completes all dispatch related administration, including, but not limited to creating and maintaining pending job files; preparing/transmitting all required services activities and requisitions for Foremen, equipment and supplies; verifying work assignments with field staff; processing all instructions, permits and bills of lading; preparing daily dispatch reports.
