CSN Collision Concord in Vaughan is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Junior Estimator – Auto Appraisal to join our busy and dynamic team

This is a medium-level opportunity perfect for someone eager to learn, grow, and gain hands-on experience in collision repair and auto appraisal.

What You'll Do:

  • Inspect vehicles to assess damage and determine repair needs
  • Prepare accurate repair estimates using industry-standard software (e.g., MRC, Bodyshop Connect, Audatex, Mitchell)
  • Work closely with senior estimators, insurance adjusters, and technicians
  • Communicate with customers to explain repair estimates and timelines
  • Maintain accurate records of all appraisals and estimates
  • Stay up-to-date with repair costs, parts pricing, and industry standards

What We're Looking For:

  • Quick learner with a keen eye for detail
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Basic knowledge of vehicles, collision repair, or parts is a plus
  • Familiarity with estimating software is an asset, but not required
  • Positive attitude and team-player mindset
  • Eager to grow within a fast-paced, professional environment
