We provide service and maintenance to saltwater aquariums across the GTA. If you have a passion for fish tanks this is the job for you We are currently looking for a reliable service technician.

**Duties**:

- Responsible for Installing, replacing and updating equipment.
- Responsible for fixing and installing, but not limited to, lighting, plumbing, wave makers, tank structure, Uv's, skimmers, return pump, heating, dosers, chillers, scratches, cable management, electrical issues, probe calibration etc.
- They are in charge of all software management
- Demonstrates a clear understanding of safety installation and procedures
- All work must be documented, with appropriate pictures and comments and sent into the appropriate personal
- Must be able to perform semi annual inspections thoroughly
- Responsible for monitoring and updating apex, and appropriately notifying owner of any problems
- Responsible for assisted installation and delivery of aquariums and the related components
- Responsible for getting materials to and from the job site.
- Need to be able to create hand drawings of the installation procedure

**Skills**:

- Solid understanding of aquariums, and good with troubleshooting tech and equipment
- Handyman skills are a big asset
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, and lead supervisor
- Ability to work by yourself and stay on task
- Attention to detail

Previous experience in aquarium servicing is an asset but not required. Previous tech/software and handyman experience is an big asset but not required.

Must have a valid license and vehicle. As you will have to get from client to client.

You will need to complete a background check. You musty have the ability to lift at least 50+ lbs

This position starts at $25 an hour, after probation you will have the opportunity to receive $30 - $35 an hour

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 20 per week
