Responsibilities:

- Drive team & equipment to different job sites daily
- Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to determine the layout and assembly of structural components
- Fit and assemble structural components according to specifications using hand tools and power tools
- Measure, cut, and shape materials to fit specific requirements
- Fabricate components as needed
- Build, plumb, and align structures to ensure proper fit and function
- Perform basic math calculations to determine measurements and dimensions
- Rig and move heavy materials or equipment as required
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Ability to lead a team of 2 or more techs

**Requirements**:

- Min 3 years insured with full G drivers license with clean abstract -Min 2 years installation experience with hand tools, power tools, and other equipment used in fitting work is mandatory
- Previous experience as a fitter or in a similar role preferred - Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings
- Ability to fabricate, build, and assemble structural components accurately
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Experience installing wall shelves, wall cladding preferred
- Experience working with stainless steel a plus
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require lifting, bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods - Comfortable working on different construction sites
- Must be able to work early weekday hours & occasional night or weekend shifts
- Must be reliable & punctual - Pick up location is near Jane Station. Will be travelling with others to different locations
- Must have respectful customer oriented skills when dealing with clients
- Past employment references will be required

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 45 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
