**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage all aspects of the conference or food service operation, ensuring high standards of hospitality and customer service.
- Oversee daily operations, including schedule & training management, and bartending services.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff members; conduct interviews to build a strong team.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering processes for food supplies and other necessary materials.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations.
- Utilize POS systems for tracking sales, managing reservations, and processing payments.
- Address guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with department heads to develop strategies for improving service quality and operational performance.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the hotel or food industry.
- Strong knowledge of food handling practices and food service operations.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- Proficiency in using POS systems for efficient operation management.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience in food preparation or bartending is preferred but not mandatory.
- A commitment to providing outstanding hospitality experiences for guests.

Pay: $65,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
