**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in planning and organizing events, such as conferences, weddings, and corporate gatherings
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth event operations
- Provide excellent guest services and address any inquiries or issues promptly
- Assist in budgeting and financial tracking for events
- Support event setup, breakdown, and logistics
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events and drive attendance

**Skills**:

- Strong time management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Previous experience in the restaurant, hotel, or hospitality industry is a plus
- Ability to market events effectively to target audiences
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests
- Basic understanding of budgeting principles for event planning
- Proficiency in negotiating contracts with vendors and suppliers
- Upselling skills to enhance event offerings and increase revenue

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
