**Overview**

**Duties**
- Creation and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms for multiple businesses
- Manage and grow company social media accounts (content creation, scheduling, engagement)
- Track campaign performance and provide reports using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights
- Help plan and execute company events, promotions, and sponsorships
- Maintain the marketing calendar and ensure project deadlines are met
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to gather content and ensure brand consistency
- Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis
- Support daily marketing operations and administrative tasks

**Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in a marketing or communications role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with marketing tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Canva, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, or similar)
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic analytics (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 56 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Marketing Coordinator: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (preferred)
