**Digital/Operations Associate**

Pacific Surgical Holdings Ltd. is a Canadian company with ten divisions operating within the medical device products and services industry: Keir Surgical, Nightingale Medical Supplies, Galen Medical, Mobile Instrument Service & Repair, ScopeCare, OSIS Medical, ANDA Medical, Conkin Surgical Instruments, Mastel Surgical, BFW, and RICA Surgical.

We are seeking a **Digital/Operations Associate **for full-time employment with a start date in the first half of 2025. This is a salaried position within our Vancouver office.

The **Digital/Operations Associate **will report to the Digital/Operations Manager and will work closely with the Digital/Operations Specialist and other members of the divisional teams. The role will have the following responsibilities:
**Contract Management**:

- Monitor bid sites for relevant tender opportunities
- Review tender and RFP documents to identify key requirements
- Assist in preparing professional tender and RFP responses using established templates
- Update, organize, and audit contract management databases across divisions

**CRM Administration**:

- Add, edit, and maintain CRM accounts and contacts to ensure data accuracy

**IT Support**:

- Provide on-site IT assistance, including new workstation setups
- Collaborate with the IT team to resolve technical issues as needed

**General Support**:

- Perform other administrative and operational tasks as assigned by senior management from time to time
- Represent Pacific Surgical and its divisions ethically at all times
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration, IT, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Suite, particularly intermediate Excel skills
- Excellent attention to detail, time management and ability to multi-task
- Effective communication skills, with bilingual proficiency in French/English considered an asset

Remuneration for this position will be:

- Competitive base salary ($42,000 - $46,000) plus profit share after one year
- Full benefits package

Pay: $42,000.00-$46,000.00 per year
