We’re a fast-moving startup, and we’re building something exciting from the ground up. We’re now looking for a **Marketing Associate** who’s hungry to learn, eager to contribute, and ready to grow into a key player on our marketing team.

This is a rare opportunity to join early, get exposure to all parts of marketing (especially **performance and media buying**), and grow alongside a team that values curiosity, speed, and results.

**About the Role**

As a **Marketing Associate**, you’ll be involved in day-to-day marketing activities and learn the ropes of performance marketing—everything from paid ads to landing page testing to reporting on campaign success. You’ll **get your hands dirty** and be part of real campaigns from day one.

**Marketing experience is not required** - but we’re looking for someone **driven, organized, and excited to learn**.

**What You’ll Do**
- Help set up, monitor, and report on digital ad campaigns (Facebook, Google, TikTok, etc.)
- Support the development of creative briefs, copy, and ad variations
- Conduct audience and competitor research to help shape marketing strategy
- Assist in tracking campaign metrics like CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and media buyers
- Stay up to date on marketing trends, tools, and best practices
- Wear multiple hats and jump in wherever needed (we’re a startup, after all)

**What We’re Looking For**
- Passion for marketing and eagerness to learn about media buying and performance growth
- Passion to self-learn and constantly improve themself
- Self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in fast-paced environments
- Detail-oriented with strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable using Google Sheets, docs, and willing to learn tools like Ads Manager
- Bonus: Any experience with digital ads, copywriting, analytics, or creative testing
