IRISNDT is a world leader in non-destructive testing (“NDT”), providing Conventional NDT, Advanced NDT, Asset Integrity Engineering, Turnaround, Routine Inspection, Light Mechanical, Rope Access, and Heat Treatment services.

Established in 1953, the Company services the oil, gas, chemical processing, petrochemical, wind and renewables, power generation, and mining industries. A growing organization with a great demand for their services in the market, the Company employs over 300 staff in Canada, plus 1300 staff in the USA, the United Kingdom, and Australia.

Provide technical support of the organization’s Sage ERP environment to ensure stable and efficient operation for the end users. Coordinate new implementation, perform maintenance, coordinate upgrades, and provide daily support duties. This is an operational support position requiring excellent incident and problem management, communication, and customer service skills.

**Essential Functions**
- Sage 300 ERP Administration
- User acceptance testing for accounting system upgrades, includes third-party components
- Maintain and update business process documentation (Support, Operational, and Security)
- Recommend and perform Sage configuration changes
- Participate and perform incident management and problem resolution
- Perform business analysis functions for ERP environment
- Capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment

**Required Qualifications, Skills, and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- 4+ years of experience performing ERP Administration duties
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, problem-solving, customer service, and analytical abilities
- Experience with Sage 300, Norming, Orchid EFT, Tairox SOX Check Approval, and Orchid Document Manager
- Experience with Sage Intelligence Reporting (or equivalent) for building financial reports
- Understanding or experience of workflow design and automation
- Strong understanding of controls and segregation of duties
- Understanding or experience of workflow design and automation
