**Who we are**:
**Within our Johnson Controls Data Center Solutions, Silent-Aire designs, engineers, and manufactures hyperscale cooling and modular data center solutions. In this role, you will oversee a team of receiving and/or warehouse employees and manage inbound and outbound materials.**:
**What you will do**:
**Work directly with the Program Management team to plan production and shipping activities per a set delivery schedule provided by the customer. Responsible for the management of system data including demand/order entry creation, date management, and changes to demand.**:
**How you will do it**:

- **Turn complex bills of material into manageable order entry kits to enter into the Sage ERP database**:

- **Manage the scheduling of above order entry kits to align with production timelines**:

- **Update dates and kits as needed per Program Management and Production designation**:

- **Utilize Excel to create production plans to align with Sage material Kits**:

- **Report out on program adherence to schedule**:

- **Escalate issues with meeting delivery and production dates during SOE and program meetings**:

- **Manage ship-loose deliveries outside of the manufacturing bill of materials**:

- **Bachelor’s Degree in related field**:

- **Organization and attention to detail**:

- **Ability to manage thousands of data points**:

- **Familiarity with Microsoft Office - especially Excel**:

- **Desire to learn and grow with an organization**:

- **Experience/familiarity with an ERP system**:

- **Advanced Excel skills**:
