Our team is looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Project Manager & Funnel Builder who would be responsible for Project Managing our Product & Launching Marketing Campaigns, as well as Build & Maintain our Marketing Funnels.

This position works closely with other departments such as: Revenue Ops, Product Development, Video Production, Graphics and Copywriting, and reports to the Director of Marketing. Also, active communication with the sales and clients obsession team is essential for this role.

**What You’ll Work on**:
As a key member in the marketing team and center hub of a project or funnel build, you will be:

- Responsible for project managing product and campaign launches
- Responsible for building new marketing funnels in ClickFunnelsTM
- Coordinate and collaborate with various departments, such as Sales, Revenue Ops and Client support operations pre and post product/campaign launch for smooth client experience.
- Monitor & Manage Marketing Projects delivery progress amongst various functions within the Marketing team, such production, graphics and copywriting team
- Perform quality assurance and act as the final gatekeeper prior to campaigns/products launch.
- Maintain constant communication with data analytics and RevOps team to ensure lead sources and campaign performance indicators are being tracked
- Set up workflows and trigger rules on Hubspot CRM and other platforms to comply with client fulfillment, client communications and data integrity.
- Observe data integrity best practices and identify areas for process improvement following tracking rules defined by RevOps.
- Other Marketing Operation duties as assigned when necessary.

**What You’ll Bring to This Role**:

- Able to work Independently with strong functional expertise; manage multiple projects, priorities, and people while keeping all the details in check
- Hands on experience in marketing campaign delivery, setup & analytics
- Excellent analytical, organizational, troubleshooting & critical thinking skills
- Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
- Understanding of sales and marketing processes and best practices, including lead gen, lead nurture and account-based marketing
- Being able to influence teams' decisions without authority
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to details
- Strong business acumen and project management capabilities
- Ability to work cross-departmentally to obtain critical information and satisfy internal stakeholders
- Ability to spot problems and find new ways to improve processes
- Desire to learn and improve by seeking and acting on productive feedback
- Desire and ability to learn quickly, meet deadline and work in an agile and fast paced environment
- Willingness to take initiatives in taking on new responsibilities, challenges and learn new skills
- Great work ethics and have integrity

**What Qualifications We are looking for**:

- Education: Degree in marketing or business analytics preferable
- At least 1 - 2 years of experience with using Marketing funnel building tools. Clickfunnels Savvy would be a definite asset
- At least 2 years of experience with CRM platforms. Experience on

Hubspot Marketing Hub would be an asset
- Basic understanding of low or no-code integration tools (like Zapier)
- Solid knowledge and skills in how to operate and work with GSuite

(Docs, Sheets, Forms), Stripe, Kajabi and Shopify
- Basic to Moderate understanding of other Social Media Marketing platforms, such as, FaceBook, Google, LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube
- Understanding of Online Education products and services is an asset.
