**Responsibilities**
- Communicate with customers, sales and operations team
- Researching and identifying potential accounts new to our truckload portfolio and converting them into repeated business opportunities with high growth trajectory
- Achieve multimillion dollar revenue growth objectives
- Work closely with leadership and operations to ensure lead quality, quantity, and proper execution
- Update and maintain relationships with customers and key contacts to promote strong and growing relations
- Attend and connect with clients and potential clients at industry events
- Work with leadership and operations to remain engaged with operational changes, company directives and project development
- Consistently identifies lucrative opportunities within logistics product offering
- Understanding the customer's transportation needs and articulating how we can provide tailored solutions to mitigate their challenges
- Aggressively working your accounts through the entire sales cycle - cold calling, building relationships, qualifying opportunities and aligning strategies, closing, and onboarding
- Competitively outbidding other carrier proposals by analyzing lane history and freight pricing trends in targeted markets
- Responding to spot bid requests with a sense of urgency to secure additional business
- Building trust with new customers through daily account management, regular reviews of service agreements and by re-assuring stakeholders of our continued commitment to the partnership
- Monitoring and forecasting individual sales activity and performance
- Meeting monthly KPI targets and net revenue expectations set by the Executive team

**Qualifications**
- Contact within Oil & Gas, Construction and Liquid and Dry Bulk is an asset
- Demonstrated success in building new accounts and uncovering new revenue opportunities
- Familiarity with RFP processes is ideal
- Growth mindset, with a focus on customers
- Strong negotiation and customer service skills
- Excellent storytelling and presentation skills - must be able to speak confidently and persuasively about our company's business model
- Critical-thinking, flexibility, and problem-solving skills to adapt to ever-changing tasks and customer needs
- Organized and effective under pressure

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
