**You as a Field Coordinator will**:

- Analyze sub-trade scope of work, plan, and specifications and work with sub-trades to develop quality plans
- Assist in the development of project-wide quality assurance program
- Identify areas of concern and to create improvement methods to prevent and resolve further issues.
- Investigate serious quality issues
- Work closely with sub-trades to ensure work is being performed as required
- Ensure compliance with the overall project Quality Plan
- Plan for contract close out and turnover to client

**Is this the right role for you?**
- This role will be in our Quality Control department on the Centre Block Rehabilitation project and be a mix of field and office work
- A two year education beyond high school or equivalent combination of technical training and related experience
- Effective verbal and written communication skills along with the ability to represent the company and project team in a professional manner to the Owner, Architect, related project staff and the community
- Experience with CAD is required
- Proficiency in MS Office Programs
- Ability to be able to obtain Reliability level security clearance
