Responsibilities include:

- To work as part of a team in a residential program
- Supervision and monitoring of clients
- Teach Functional living skills
- Assist clients with daily routines and personal care
- Provide community orienteering and leisure activities
- Conduct appointments as required
- Administer medication
- Data collection and documentation
- Shared responsibility for cooking/ household tasks
- Participate in all scheduled staff training programs
- Part time staff must be available to work every 2nd weekend (Sat and Sun), and can provide availability for weekdays

Qualifications/Experience:

- Post-secondary certificate in DSW, CYW, SSW, or equivalent and related University degree (or in process)
- Knowledge and experience in Mental Health, Autism Spectrum Disorders, and Developmental Challenges
- Good team building skills
- Good interactive/ communication skills (verbal and written)
- Good organization and time management skills
- Driver's License an asset

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
