**Position overview**

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Lead the development and implementation of HR technology solutions that support the organization's strategic goals
- Manage the HRIS platform, including system configuration, data management, user access and security
- Develop and implement HR technology policies and procedures to ensure data accuracy and compliance
- Identify opportunities and implement solutions to make the HRIS platform more efficient and effective
- Develop and maintain a roadmap for HR technology that aligns with the organization's strategic goals
- Lead a HRIS Specialist, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure the team’s success
- Oversee reporting and analytics, including data analysis and visualization, and the development of reports and dashboards to support business decisions
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments to ensure the HRIS platform meets organizational needs, including overseeing reporting and analytics, providing end-user training and support, and managing system upgrades and industry trends

**Key qualifications include**:

- At least seven years managing HR information systems, reporting & analytics, supplemented by a bachelor's degree in HR, Computer Science or related field; or an equivalent combination of training and experience
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and procedures
- Proficient in HRIS platforms (SAP SuccessFactors, Kronos, Ceridian Dayforce)
- Project management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Expertise in data visualization tools, HR data analytics, statistical analysis, and data privacy/security regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
