**What We Need**
Title: Operations Associate
Description: Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Operations Associate assists the operations team to complete projects, communicate with vendors, and help maintain and improve the flow of inventory and data through the company.
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain the incoming shipments calendar, ensure all of the paperwork is prepared and accurate for the border run, updating ETA’s and communicating incoming shipments with the warehouse team.
- Booking incoming truck and ocean shipments with various carriers/forwarders
- Confirm warehouse counts and post inventory receipts into the system.
- Monitor and maintain various Inventory Data Integrity KPI’s
- Communicating with the Vendors when product is damaged, missing, defective.
- Starting claims and following up with couriers and freight carriers with missing, damaged parcels and invoice discrepancies.
- Assisting the Operations Team in the various ongoing projects.
Beneficial Skills: Skilled in Excel and general computer usage.
