Sales Associate - CosmoProf Store #07416 Location: Abbotsford, British Columbia, Canada Seniority level Entry level Employment type Part-time Job function Sales and Business Development Industries Retail Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service and enhance customer engagement and satisfaction. Drive sales in the furniture, technology and supplies areas of the store. Set and achieve sales and margin goals with store leaders. Ensure operational excellence and uphold store brand standards. Support all merchandising and signage standards including planograms and stocking. Maintain Health & Safety, Asset Protection, and Privacy Policies. Engage with and sell to all customers by offering tailored products and services. Handle transactions using the Point of Sale (POS) system, including shipping transactions and marketing tools. Calmly de‑escalate and assist in complex customer situations to ensure concerns are addressed or refer to a manager/supervisor. Maintain a clean and safe store environment by performing tasks like dusting, front‑facing products, and ensuring demo units are clean and functional. Qualifications 3 months to 1 year of prior retail experience (preferred). Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
