**Job Description**:

As a valued member of our recreation team, you will assume ultimate responsibility for providing high quality care while maintaining a safe and healthy environment for residents and staff. This position is for our Extendicare Falconbridge home, located in Sudbury. Available opportunities include: Full-Time/Part-Time/Casual; Day/Evening.

What you’ll be doing: Answering Phones, filing, Processing Accounts Payable, helping residents, taking call ins from staff, replacing shifts, redirecting calls.
- Experience with an older adult population an asset
- Strong customer and resident service skills.
- Experience in a high paced customer service setting an asset
- Flexible and willingness to learn new tasks
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to quickly changing priorities
- Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills
- Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English (other languages an asset)
