*Job Overview*

**Retail Duties**
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing
- Assist in restocking merchandise on the sales floor
- Utilize product knowledge to assist customers in finding appropriate merchandise

**Warehouse Duties**
- Aid in shipping and receiving stock and customer orders
- Help maintain a tidy organized stockroom
- Assist Agency Sales Manager where needed

**Requirements**
- Experience in retail sales and/or customer service is preferred
- Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in English is required, bilingual skills are considered an asset

Full time, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5pm
