The Installation Coordinator is a pivotal role within our sales support team, responsible for coordinating schedules and ensuring customers are aware of their installation expectations. This position requires a proactive, organized, and customer-focused individual who can manage multiple tasks and communicate effectively with customers, 3rd party installation partners, and other team members within Trail. The Installation Coordinator will play a critical role in enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency

**As Installation Coordinator, you will**:

- Communicates with customers regarding appointment details, inquiries and sets installation expectations
- Serve as the primary contact for customers regarding installation schedules, updates, and queries.
- Reviews inbound installation requests and arrange with appropriate 3rd party installers
- Confirmation of secured appointments and ensuring paperwork is submitted with accurate information content to both internal Trail parties and also
- Maintains 3rd party installers availability schedule in relations to fixed installation program and share information with appropriate parties
- Prepare and analyze reports on installation performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with the warehouse, delivery and purchasing teams to ensure success on installation day
- Address scheduling conflicts and logístical challenges promptly and efficiently.
- Develop contingency plans for potential issues that could impact installation schedules.
- Implement process improvements to enhance overall efficiency and service delivery
- Collaborate with sales, customer service, and operations teams to align schedules and meet customer needs.
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss operational updates and share feedback
- Review of installer invoices and forward these to Finance for payment.
