Supporting our Maritimes Division, the Dispatcher/Load Booker will:

- Book freight using Loadlink
- Dispatch trucks
- Manage cross-dock activities at our Moncton location (inventory movement)
- Track, trace and update customers on pick-ups and deliveries
- Close orders and upload PODs into internal systems
- Input new orders into system
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries using Hubspot; reach out to current customers
- Act as main point of contact for Accounting regarding shipping paperwork
- Report freight/cargo damage

**Skills**:

- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to communicate in English over the phone
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Dispatch software skills preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $38,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vaughan, ON L4K3Z3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
