**En quoi consiste l’occasion d’emploi?**
Ce rôle est axé sur la vente et la prestation de conseils. Le directeur relationnel veille au maintien et à la croissance des promoteurs clients Avantage collectif RBC qui lui sont attribués dans les marchés Le Directeur relationnel contribue à la réalisation des plans de vente des régions mandatées par l’acquisition de nouvelles affaires dans le secteur des placements et des services bancaires courants auprès des promoteurs existants, et l’augmentation des taux d’adhésion et de participation.
**Quelles seront vos tâches?**
- Fidéliser les promoteurs clients et établir avec eux des relations rentables à long terme
- Prodiguer des conseils relativement aux régimes collectifs d’épargne, aux solutions de retraite collectives et aux Services bancaires collectifs
- Effectuer la revue annuelle selon les lignes directrices de capitalisation.
- Maintenir son niveau d’expertise en ce qui concerne les tendances sectorielles en matière de rentes et de régimes de retraite collectifs, de réglementation et de concurrence.
- Établir et maintenir un solide réseau de partenaires internes
- Proposer un plan complet ainsi que des activités afin de maintenir les relations avec les promoteurs et les principaux décideurs pour s’assurer du maintien du programme Avantage collectif RBC
**De quoi avez-vous besoin pour réussir?**
**Exigences**:
- Expérience dans le développement des affaires
- Bilinguisme requis
- Connaissance des REER collectifs, des RPDB collectifs et des comptes de placement collectifs.
- Habileté pour la conception et la personnalisation des régimes d’épargne collectives
- Excellentes aptitudes pour la communication orale et écrite.
- Capacité à tenir des séances d’information dans les bureaux des employés.
- Capacité à collaborer avec les cadres dirigeants et la haute direction afin de promouvoir et de vendre des solutions d’épargne collectives à un promoteur.
- Solide connaissance des offres et des activités de la concurrence au sein du marché.
- Attestation PRR-Professionnel en régime de retraite (attestation devrait être complétée dans un délai de 24 mois)

**What is the opportunity?**
Group Advantage is a comprehensive business at RBC that offers a variety of retirement savings products including Group RRSP’s, Deferred Profit Sharing Plans, and Pooled Retirement Pension Plans that are combined with expert advice and delivered in the convenience of the workplace.
You are a mobile sales professional responsible for the retention and growth of assigned commercial and corporate clients (Sponsors) of RBC’s Group Advantage business. You love the challenge of building long term profitable relationships with these “Sponsors”, providing expert advice about your business’ full range of products and for proactively identifying cross-sell opportunities. This is an important role to all RBC business platforms and offers a variable compensation plan.
**What will you do?**
- Manage existing Sponsor relationships and refer clients to the other RBC channels to ensure they benefit from a full range of solutions
- Act as integrator and champion of Group Advantage products within market sales teams (e.g. Career Sales Force, Branch teams, Regional Vice President)
- Conduct an Annual Review with the Sponsors to ensure their current program
