  • **Strong understanding of Sales** - Our reps all have years of experience in sales and understand the importance of following process, prospecting, follow-up and keeping their pipeline full (4+ years of B2B outside sales experience)
  • **Excellent Follow-Up & Organizational Skills** - With so many programs and opportunities to work with you need to be able to keep track of opportunities and map out your days and weeks. Utilizing our CRM system and calendar to ensure activities and opportunities are kept up to date.

**What You’ll Do**

  • Prospecting, meeting with, and reviewing programs with Dealerships on a day-to-day basis, your focus will be securing quality meetings with Group Level Leaders to develop group-led purchasing on our major programs.
  • Growing the relationship between WD Co-Auto and Dealerships throughout your Territory.
  • Working closely with Vendor Reps & WD Co-Auto's local Solutions Consultants (Territory Managers) to implement large group-based purchases and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

**What You’ll Bring**

  • 6 + Years of B2B Sales Experience (Sales Management, Large Key Accounts & Automotive Dealership Experience an Asset)
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships externally across multiple departments
  • Strong Leadership Qualities and Motivational Skills
  • Ability to work with internal and external partners on sales
  • Post Secondary Education (Degree or Diploma & Significant Experience)
