We are now seeking a **hands-on, detail-oriented RCIC** to join our growing team. This role combines the expertise of a licensed consultant with the operational depth of a senior case manager — ideal for a consultant who enjoys **end-to-end case handling** and **direct client work** across both **student and immigration programs**.

**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct client consultations across student, work, and permanent residence categories.
- Perform detailed **document review and case assembly**, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with IRCC standards.
- Oversee and participate in **case preparation** (not just review) — including data entry, drafting, uploading, and submission through IRCC portals.
- Maintain clear, organized case files (digital and physical) and ensure timely client communication.
- Conduct **case reviews** and quality assurance checks for internal team members’ work.
- Monitor immigration policy updates, provide internal briefings, and maintain high professional standards.
- Occasionally assist with internal or public-facing knowledge sharing (e.g., writing, seminars, or short informational videos).
- Collaborate with management and case staff to improve efficiency, SOPs, and client experience.

**Qualifications**
- **Active CICC License (RCIC)** - in good standing.
- **Minimum 1 year of experience** managing immigration or student cases.
- Strong working knowledge of **study permit**, **visitor**, **work permit**, and **PR pathways**.
- Excellent English communication; **Mandarin and/or Cantonese** a strong asset.
- Proficient in computer systems, document management, and communication software.
- Organized, independent, and able to manage multiple files simultaneously.
- Comfortable working **in-office** and as part of a collaborative, bilingual team.
