**Responsibilities**
- daily office operations and ensure efficient administrative processes.
- Manage invoicing of jobs to customers
- calling customers for billing info
- Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records to ensure easy retrieval.
- Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders to facilitate collaboration.
- Implement organizational strategies to improve office efficiency and productivity.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an administrative role or as an Office Administrator.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with invoicing and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Sage or similar accounting software is preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week
